If you arrive early, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. Our rooms are available from 3 pm.
Of course. Luggage storage is available at any time – before check-in, after check-out, or even between two stays if, for example, you are going hiking and would like us to keep your luggage.
You can park your car either in the hotel garage or in the public Altstadtgarage parking garage.
Our hotel is easily accessible from both Innsbruck railway station and Innsbruck Airport.

You can check in at any time, as our reception is open 24 hours a day. However, we kindly ask you to inform us if you expect to arrive after 9:00 pm.

All buses and tram lines in the city center and selected buses in the surrounding area. Excluded are the Sightseer Bus and the Shuttle Bus to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
Yes! The Welcome Card can be sent to you by e-mail on the day of arrival. This is what you have to do: check in online and send a short message to our reception that you wish to receive the Welcome Card by e-mail. You will receive access to the online check-in by e-mail 2 days before arrival.
You do not have to pay attention to anything when getting on the bus or tram. In case of ticket control, please show your Welcome Card.
You need the nextbike by TIER app and a registration. You can find detailed instructions HERE.
We accept reservations for the hotel garage (only for small cars and electric cars). Reservations are not possible or necessary for the public parking garage.
The hotel loading zone is 40 meters from the entrance. Please leave the loading zone immediately after unloading.
The hotel garage is locked, you will need your room card to access it. The public garages can be accessed directly.
You do not need to pay attention to anything when entering the garage. Before you drive out of the garage, please pick up the discounted payment ticket at the reception. The payment is made at the reception.
We have 1 parking space in a side street behind the hotel (not covered). This is also suitable for larger cars and costs EUR 15.00 per night. Please reserve in advance.
