The lift at Seegrube station is the perfect place for first attempts on skis, especially for children. You also can rent toboggans there. The cable car starts directly in the city center of Innsbruck and takes you to the mountain in 20 minutes. Therefore it is also worthwhile to go there for a short trip.
With its 40 kilometers of pistes, the Axamer Lizum offers a wide range of options for skiers, snowboarders and freeriders. The area offers great snow conditions throughout the season due to the location and snow-making machines. Axamer Lizum can be reached by ski bus in 45 minutes.

The largest and highest ski resort in the region around Innsbruck. The "Kingdom of Snow" is surrounded by impressive 3.000 m-peaks and offers snow guarantee from October to June. 35 downhills - one is 10 km long (!) - provide variety and fun.
Easily accessible by bus, the Patscherkofel offers skiing fun for those who like it cozy. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 2 slopes at the valley station are open until 7 pm for night skiing.
You can buy half-day or full-day ski passes directly in every ski area. There are also combined passes available such as the SKI plus CITY Pass. This pass includes all 13 ski areas as well as numerous sightseeing attractions.
The ski bus takes you comfortably and completely free of charge to the ski areas and back. The bus stop is 3 to 5 minutes away from our hotel, depending on the bus line and ski area.
The ski rental "Die Börse" is located directly in the city center - just a 10-minute walk away from our hotel. The shop offers a pick-up and delivery service, that means the rented equipment will be brought to our hotel and at the end of your stay you can drop off everything here at our hotel. Also very convenient: you can rent your equipment comfortably from 3 pm the day before at no surcharge. You don't lose time the next morning and can start your skiing pleasure without delay. Alternatively, most ski resorts also have a ski rental on site.
To rent a complete ski equipment including skis, poles, shoes and clothing costs around EUR 60.00 (price depends on the selected equipment).
The Ski & Snowboard School Innsbruck is located in easy reach from our hotel. A private lesson for 2 persons costs about EUR 120,00 per person for 1 day (4 hours).
Our hotel offers a locked ski storage room with ski boot warmer.
In the ski areas Oberperfuss, Kühtai and Patscherkofel, on certain weekdays, some slopes are also open in the evening.
