Your free Welcome Card and the Welcome Card PLUS (for stays of 3 nights or more) are available at our hotel reception – either as a printed card or as a digital “Mobile Card” directly on your smartphone.

Yes! The Welcome Card can be sent to you by e-mail on the day of arrival. This is what you have to do: check in online and send a short message to our reception that you wish to receive the Welcome Card by e-mail. You can check in online HERE.
You do not have to pay attention to anything when getting on the bus or tram. In case of ticket control, please show your Welcome Card.
