Cancellation & Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected arrangement. All details applicable to your reservation can be found clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

Included Services
Our popular and rich breakfast buffet is already included in the room rate.
The local city tax amounts to EUR 3.00 per person per night (EUR 4.00 from May 1, 2026) and will be charged on site upon departure.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

Luggage Storage
Arriving early or leaving later in the day? We are happy to store your luggage safely and free of charge at our reception.

Extra Beds & Baby Cots
For our youngest guests (0–2 years), we are pleased to provide a baby cot at a rate of EUR 9.00 per night.
Please note that extra beds are not available in our rooms.

Payment Methods
We accept cash payments, credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa), debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal for online bookings.

Pets
Dogs are welcome at our hotel. Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not permitted in the breakfast room.
The fee is EUR 15.00 per dog per day.

Parking
Parking spaces are available either in our hotel garage or in the public Altstadt garage at a rate of EUR 15.00 per night.
