Innsbruck offers a vibrant selection of restaurants, ranging from traditional Tyrolean cuisine to international specialties. Our restaurant recommendations are carefully curated, based on our personal experiences and valuable feedback from our guests.

Unless otherwise noted, all featured restaurants are located near our hotel and are easily reachable on foot.

Tyrolean cuisine

Typical of Tyrolean cuisine are hearty dishes such as dumplings and schnitzel. Those who prefer sweet dishes will love Kaiserschmarrn and apple strudel.

Restaurant Ottoburg (€€€)
A beautiful restaurant in a rustic Tyrolean style right in the Old Town. The chef cooks here himself.
Specialties: boiled beef, Tyrolean Gröstl, Kaiserschmarrn

Wirtshaus Weisses Rössl (€€€€)
Historic, wood-panelled parlors, an elegant wine bar in the vault and an inviting terrace make the restaurant something special.
Menu: classic cuisine interpreted in a modern way

Restaurant Stiftskeller (€€)
Brewery inn (Augustiner Bräu) with rustic flair and a large garden to sit outside.
Specialties: stilts, schnitzel, dumplings - hearty home cooking

Restaurant Goldenes Dachl (€€)
If you want to try Tyrolean cuisine, this is the place for you. Almost all classic dishes such as schnitzel, dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn are on the menu.

Restaurant Byfurtners (€€€)
A small cozy restaurant with a focus on seasonal offerings, outside the Old Town therefore a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Italian kitchen

The proximity of Tyrol to Italy is also reflected in our love for Italian cuisine. So if you want to enjoy pizza, pasta and fish dishes like in "Bella Italia", you won't be disappointed.

Due Sicilie (€€-€€€)
A small trattoria away from the Old Town and just a few steps behind our hotel.
Specialty: excellent pizza, also to take away

Mamma Mia (€€)
Located in the middle of the pedestrian zone in the Old Town, with a large outdoor area, open all day.
Specialty: Large selection of pizza and pasta

Asian cuisine

Thai Li (€€)
A small but fine Asian restaurant on the edge of the Old Town with fresh, light cuisine

OumS Thai Restaurant (€€)
The restaurant is just a few meters from the hotel and offers classic Asian cuisine and wok dishes

New India Restaurant (€€)
Located in the historic Anpruggen district near our hotel, New India offers excellent Indian cuisine, large portions and friendly service.
