If you stay 2 or more nights, you will receive the free Welcome Card at the reception. This also serves as a free ticket for all public transport in the city. With the "mobile Welcome Card" on your smartphone, you can use the card even before arriving at the hotel - for the bus from the train station or airport to our hotel.
 
This is how you receive the Welcome Card by e-mail:

• check in online (you will receive the access by e-mail 2 days before arrival)
• send us a short message or leave a note in the comment field that you would like to receive the digital Welcome Card by e-mail
• on the day of arrival we will send the Welcome Card to your e-mail address and you can use it straight away
